How to report

Send an email to info@allyoucanbuy.be (or use our form below) with:

1. The product link (URL) or title
2. A short description of the issue
3. Photos or screenshots, if available
4. Optional: your order number (if you purchased it)

We review every report carefully and confidentially.

What happens next

1. Our internal team verifies your report and contacts the supplier if needed.
2. If the issue is confirmed, the product is immediately suspended or removed.
3. If you purchased the item, we will contact you directly to offer a replacement or refund.

We aim to respond to all reports within 2 business days.
